By Car

Southbound
Freeway No.1 (Sun Yat-sen Freeway)

To Taichung City, exit at Taichung Port Rd Interchange, connect to Taichung Port Rd.,make a right turn on Yingcai Rd., connect to Guoguang Rd., turn right on Xingda Rd. to
reach NCHU.

 

Northbound
Freeway No.1 (Sun Yat-sen Freeway)

(1) To Taichung City, exit at Nantun Interchange, connect to Wuquan W. Rd., make a right turn on Wuquan S. Rd., turn left on Fuxing Rd. or Jiancheng Rd., then turn right on Xuefu Rd. to reach NCHU.

(2) To Taichung City, exit at Wangtian Interchange, connect to Jhongshan Rd.,
and connect to Fuxing Rd., then turn right on Xuefu Rd. to reach NCHU.

Freeway No.3 (Formosan Freeway)

To Taichung City, drive along Line 63 of Jhongtou Expressway towards Taichung, exit on Wuquan S. Rd., turn right on Jhongming S. Rd., then turn left on Xingda Rd. to reach NCHU.

By Train

  Taichung Railway Station → NCHU

• City bus：
  The boarding station is across Taichung Railway Station. The fare is NT$20. (a) Ubus: Bus 73 (b) Taichung Bus:33, 35. It takes 5-10 minutes from the train station to NCHU.
   
• Taxi：
  NT$100-110 It takes 5-10 minutes from the train station to NCHU.

Taiwan High Speed Rail(THSR)-Taichung Station → NCHU

Please get off at THSR Taichung Station, and take a bus, a taxi or the train, specific details are as follows:

• City bus：

  THSR Taichung Station－Taichung English & Art Museum
  It takes 50 minutes from the THSR station to NCHU.
